Metallic K Series (10°~35° Gloss) are interior powder coatings. This coating is ideal for indoor applications, including sports and recreation equipment, furniture, hand and power tools, hardware, fixtures, toolboxes, safety equipment, and wire goods.
1. K-Series are epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coatings.
2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90μm.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
5. Environment: Exterior.
6. Finish: Metallic Smooth.
7. Gloss: 1168SB (RAL9006) (10°±3%), K-20306AB (RAL7048) (15°±3%), K-21711SNB (30°±3%), 3909SB (30°±4%), K-9635CB (35°±4%).
8. Made in Taiwan.
