Acrylic Clear is a transparent powder coating that offers a durable and protective finish while maintaining the natural appearance of the coating underneath. It provides a glossy, smooth surface that enhances the depth and richness of the coating beneath. It is often used to seal and protect surfaces from scratches, UV damage, and environmental wear.
1. KL0363AC is acrylic powder coating.
2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 50~70μm.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 175°C for 17 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment below 10°C.
5. Environment: Exterior.
6. Finish: Smooth.
7. Gloss: 85°+ (Depends on substrates).
8. Made in Taiwan.
