Matt Clear is a transparent powder coating that provides a smooth, non-reflective finish, offering a matte appearance while maintaining the underlying material's natural look. It is also durable, providing protection against environmental factors such as UV rays, moisture, and wear.
Features:
1. KL-Series are clear or candy powder coatings.
2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90μm.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment below 20°C.
5. Environment: Exterior.
6. Finish: Smooth.
7. Gloss: 1°~10° (Depends on substrates).
8. Made in Taiwan.
