Features of SP-Series:
1. SP-Series metallic powder coatings are made of super durable polyester.
2. Although SP-Series use super durable materials, the aluminum metal powder on the surface remains prone to scratches and damage. Applying a suitable topcoat is recommended to enhance protection and the metallic finish.
3. Film thickness should be controlled at 70~100μm for high performance.
4. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes.
5. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 20°C.

1. KL0363AC is an acrylic powder coating.
2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 50~70μm.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 175°C for 17 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment below 10°C.
5. Environment: Exterior.
6. Finish: Smooth.
7. Gloss: 85°+ (Depends on the substrates).
