Metallic 2-Coat Silver SP Series are high-gloss and eye-catching powder coatings with a metallic silver base, paired with KL0363AC (Acrylic Clear) topcoat, creating a brilliant and depth-enhanced surface effect. They provide extraordinary durability, ensuring a perfect balance of style and long-lasting. Suitable for all kinds of metal rims and bike frames.
1. SP-Series metallic powder coatings are made of super durable polyester.
2. Although SP-Series use super durable materials, the aluminum metal powder on the surface remains prone to scratches and damage. Applying a suitable topcoat is recommended to enhance protection and the metallic finish.
3. Film thickness should be controlled at 70~100μm for high performance.
4. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes.
5. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 20°C.

KL0363AC (Acrylic Clear) is a transparent powder coating offering a durable and protective finish while maintaining the natural appearance of the coating underneath. It provides a glossy, smooth surface that enhances the depth and richness of the coating beneath. It is often used to seal and protect surfaces from scratches, UV damage, and environmental wear.
1. KL0363AC is acrylic powder coating.
2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 50~70μm.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 175°C for 17 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment below 10°C.

6. Finish: Smooth.
7. Gloss: 85°+ (Depends on the substrates).
