Fluorocarbon Matt Series are a premium powder coating featuring a matt finish, enhanced by fluorocarbon technology. This coating is designed to resist environmental elements, providing excellent weather resistance, UV stability, and protection against corrosion.
1. FR-Series are super durable fluoropolymer powder coatings.
2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90μm.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
5. Environment: Exterior.
6. Finish: Smooth.
7. Gloss: FR-2884M1 (4°±2%), FR-2910M1 (5°±2%), FR-9637 (3°±2%), FR-8679 (4°±1%), FR-9622 (10°±3%).
