Fluorocarbon Semi-Matt Series are high-performance powder coatings that combine a soft, semi-matt finish with the superior durability of fluorocarbon technology. This coating is designed to resist environmental elements, providing excellent weather resistance, UV stability, and protection against corrosion.
1. FR-Series are super durable fluoropolymer powder coatings.
2. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90μm.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 15 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
5. Environment: Exterior.
6. Finish: Smooth.
7. Gloss: FR-1738M2 (50°±5%), FR-1737M2 (50°±5%), FR-5461M2 (60°±5%), FR-5457M2 (60°±5%), FR-91024M2 (30°±3%), FR-2909M2 (60°±5%), FR-2911M2 (55°±4%), FR-8675M2 (55°±4%), FR-8695M2 (25°±3%).
