Gloss Black Series are versatile powder coatings. DP-Series provide excellent weather resistance while 0-Series provide good weather resistance, ensuring a perfect balance of style and durability.
1. DP-Series are high durable polyester powder coatings.
2. 0-Series are polyester powder coatings.
3. It is applied using electrostatic spraying, with a recommended film thickness of 60~90μm.
4. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
5. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
6. Environment: Exterior.
7. Finish: Smooth.
8. Gloss: DP-9506 (90°±5%), 0-9209 (90°±5%).
9. Made in Taiwan.
