Hammer DP Gray Black Series are exterior powder coatings with a distinctive hammered texture. They provide excellent durability, ensuring a perfect balance of style and long-lasting performance.
1. DP-Series are high durable polyester powder coatings.
2. Film thickness should be controlled at 60~90μm (fine hammer) or 80~120μm (thick hammer) for high performance.
3. The curing condition is a metal surface temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes.
4. The storage period is 6 months from the production date, in a dry environment at or below 25°C.
